Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy


At Lotus Petals By Preeti, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. Please review our policies below for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.


Return & Exchange Policy


We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products purchased during sales, with discount codes, or customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns are only applicable for damaged or defective items.


2. Exchange Process:

If you receive an incorrect size or product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges can be made for the correct size or a product of the same value. If the exchange item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid online.

Reverse pickup is free for size exchanges.


3. Conditions for Approval:

Products must be returned with their original labels and packaging, properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Any product that is used, washed, or altered will not qualify for exchange or return.


4. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

Report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@lotuspetalsbypreeti.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9717530042.

Include a parcel-opening video and photographs of the product for verification.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for defective or damaged items after they pass a quality check.

In exceptional cases where a return is accepted for non-defective items, Rs. 100 will be deducted as reverse pickup charges.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or a bank account within 7 business days of approval.


Note: Slight variations in color or design between the product and its image on the website are not eligible for refunds.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.

For urgent changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


Important Notes

Exchange/Return requests will be processed once per order only.

Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Always inspect your package upon delivery. Do not accept damaged parcels. 

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy terms.
